Entry requirements:

All applicants must hold qualified teacher status or its equivalent. The course is also available to those who are qualified to work in further education.

Those wishing to take the additional research module to top up to an MSc should have undertaken the PG Diploma in Deaf Education within the last three years. For students joining the programme on this basis the duration will be 1 year part time.

Course fees: For entry in the academic year beginning September 2012, the tuition fees are as follows:

  • MSc (part-time)
    UK/EU students (per annum): Year 1: £2,150; Year 2: £2,150; Year 3: £950 (Years 2 and 3 subject to inflationary rise)

There are places for 8 students in the first year. There will be 15 places for each subsequent year.
