The study is now complete. all outcomes data have been collected. Results will be made available from this website in the study results page.
Figures on recruitment can be found on the 'Recruitment Progess' page. Recruitment to the main randomised controlled trial (RCT) was complete in February 2010 with Outcomes data collected by July 2010.
